Set up and Take down time:
The Exhibit Hall will be available for set up on Thursday, February 25th from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
and again on Friday morning, February 27th from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM.(If you need more time than this please
let us know as there will be additional costs involved and you will be charged accordingly.
Please make sure all boxes are out of sight and that your booth is completely set up by 8:45 AM.
Take down Saturday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Friday, February 26th ~ Grand Opening ~ 9:00 AM Closes at 6:00 PM sharp.
Saturday, February 27th ~ Exhibits open ~ 9:00 AM Closes after Grand Prize Drawings end
(approximately 6:00 PM). Exhibitors are expected to stay until the Grand Prize drawings have concluded.

Booths are 10' X 10', and will include Two 3' High Black Draped Side Panels, One 8' High Black Drape,
one 6' Black Draped Table, Two Chairs, and one Wastebasket.
