  • The Exhibit Hall will be available for set up on Thursday, January 21st from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Friday morning, January 22nd from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM.(If you need more time than this please let us know as there will be additional costs involved and you will be charged accordingly.
    Please make sure all boxes are out of sight and that your booth is completely set up by 8:45 AM.

    Take down Saturday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

    Exhibit Hall - Centennial Hall is located in building "C". The exhibit hall loading dock is in the rear of building "C".

  • Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Friday, January 22nd ~ Grand Opening ~ 9:00 AM Closes at 6:00 PM sharp.
    Saturday, January 23rd ~ Exhibits open ~ 9:00 AM Closes after Grand Prize Drawings end (approximately 6:00 PM).
    Exhibitors are expected to stay until the Grand Prize drawings have concluded.

  • Booths are 10' X 10', and will include Two 3' High Black Draped Side Panels, One 8' High Black Drape, one 6' topped and black skirted Table, Two Chairs, and one Wastebasket.
