    The Exhibit Area ~ is accessible from behind the conference center. Depending on activities on campus they may allow us to drive on the sidewalk to unload.

  • Set up and Take down time:
  • The Exhibit Hall will be available for set up on Friday, May 8th from 6:00 PM to 9:45 PM and again on Saturday morning, May 9th from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM.(If you need more time than this please let us know as there will be additional costs involved and you will be charged accordingly.
    Please make sure all boxes are out of sight and that your booth is completely set up by 8:45 AM.

    Take down Saturday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

  • Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Saturday, May 9th ~ Grand Opening ~ 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Exhibit Hall closes after the Grand Prize Drawings end (approximately 6:00 PM).
    Exhibitors are expected to stay until the Grand Prize drawings have concluded.

  • Booth Space:

  • Booths are approximately 8' X 6', and will include one 6' Table, Two Chairs, and one Wastebasket.

  • Power, & Internet Services:

  • Electricity is included with your booth fee. Please bring extension cords as your connection could be several feet away from your booth space.

    Wireless Internet is included with your booth fee.

  • Lodging Information:

  • We have negotiated special rates for you at the University Inn. For additional details please Click Here for Hotel details.

  • Tax & License Information:

  • Utah State and Logan City Combined Tax rate is ~ 6.6%.
    Tax forms will be included with your Exhibitor Welcome Packet.

  • Concessions:

  • There are NO Concessions in the Conference Center. Please purchase a box lunch ahead so that you will have food to eat. Click on the Blue Lucheon Button to order.

  • Class Room Admission:

  • Exhibitor Badges do not include classroom admittance. Exhibitors wishing to attend classes need to be registered. Please call the Family History Expos.com office for special pricing.
